The plan providers in our Directory have agreed to provide you the services within your health care coverage. You may go to any of our plan providers listed in this directory; however some service may require precertification. Please refer to your Evidence of Coverage for detailed information on the benefits that require a precertification from Triple-S Salud.
For your convenience, the physicians, dentists, facilities and other health care provided listed in our Directory are grouped by their specialty (example: cardiologist, general practitioner, clinical psychologist) and the municipality where their offices are located.

Triple-S Medicare Óptimo is a Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) that has a Medicare contract. Additional costs apply for out-of-network services. Remember, you must continue to pay your Medicare Part B premium. Copayments and coinsurances apply to some services.
