What should I do if I want to stay enrolled in Triple-S Medicare FarmaMed (PDP)?

If you want to keep your membership for 2012, it’s easy. You don’t need to tell us or fill out any paperwork. You will automatically remain enrolled as a member.

During the annual enrollment period from October 15 through December 7, 2011, you can change to any other Medicare Advantage plan or to Original Medicare (either with or without a separate Medicare prescription drug plan). Your new coverage will begin on January 1, 2012.

Triple-S FarmaMed (PDP) and Triple-S FarmaMed Plus (PDP) are stand-alone prescription drug plans with a Medicare contract. The plan is available to all Medicare beneficiaries with Parts A, B, or both that reside in the service area. Beneficiaries must use network pharmacies to access their prescription drug benefits, except in non-routine circumstances. Quantity limitations and restrictions may apply. Benefits, formulary, pharmacy network, premium and/or copayments/coinsurance may change on January 1, 2013.
