  • You will have access to over 1,000 pharmacies in Puerto Rico and more than 50,000 pharmacies in the United States. Our network includes pharmacy chains such as:
    • K-mart
    • Walmart
    • Costco
    • Walgreens
    • Sam’s Club
    • CVS/pharmacy
    • Farmacias Plaza
    • Good Neighborhood Pharmacies
  • 90-day supply. These supplies may be obtained through pharmacies contracted to provide this service or the mail order prescription drug program.

FarmaMed ELA is a prescription drug plan with a Medicare contract. The plan is available to all Medicare beneficiaries with Parts A, B or both that reside in the service area. Beneficiaries must use network pharmacies to access their prescription drug benefit, except in non-routine circumstances. Limitations and restrictions may apply. Benefits, formulary, pharmacy network, premium, copayments and/or coinsurances may change on January 1, 2013.
