When can you subscribe?
You can subscribe at any time. Best of all, if you enroll during the first six months after you turn 65, you will receive a special rate for the first three years and you will not have to complete a medical questionnaire.
Do I have pharmacy and dental benefits through this plan?
You can subscribe to an optional a dental coverage which offers comprehensive services such as:
- dental exams and cleanings,
- X-rays,
- extractions,
- filling,
- space maintainers, and more.
Also, for an additional cost, you can enroll in Triple-S FarmaMed, our Part D prescription coverage.
Do I receive services in the United States?
Yes. You can access your Medicare benefits in the United States without precertification. When traveling to the United States, Care Plus complements Medicare covered benefits by paying the deductibles and coinsurances that Medicare does not cover.
